A small family farm in a rural, protected part, only 8 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Hodak family offers you a perfect place to relax and unwind in the traditional atmosphere of a family farm.

In the distillery of the Hodak family there is an apartment for four persons, consisting of a double bed and two extra beds. The tradition of making schnapps in the family has lasted for generations, so the family decided to offer schnapps and other liquors to you – our dear guests.

On the family estate you have the opportunity to explore the Plitvice region by bike. Experience a real adventure while cycling. Embark on the bike trails that crisscross the entire Plitvice region and enjoy the adventure. For the more adventurous, there is also an adrenaline park nearby, the “Plitvice” zipline and an adrenaline quad ride. For those who like it more quiet and family, in the immediate vicinity you can explore the Plitvice valleys on horseback through nature.

The near and far surroundings are rich in natural and cultural monuments, so you can visit the old town of Drežnik, a fortress from the 12th century. Among the natural sights, apart from Plitvice Lakes, Barac Caves and Korana Gorge certainly stand out.

An hour’s drive from the family farm you can visit several other places. The Northern Velebit National Park, Risnjak National Park, the birthplace of Nikola Tesla and the famous bear reserve in the village of Kuterevo in Lika.
